In April, Orlando, FL foreclosure filings were 16% higher
than the previous month and 38% lower than the same time last year, according
to RealtyTrac.com.

Orlando foreclosures were 0.12% above national statistics,
0.01% below Florida figures, and 0.01% below Orange County numbers in
April 2015.

Pre-foreclosures accounted for 11.0% of the foreclosure
activity in April, Auctions were 45.9%, and Bank-owned properties were
43.0%.

In April, the number of bank-owned properties increased
77.3% from the previous month and 60.5% from the previous year. The number of
auctions increased 21.3% from the previous month and decreased 60.0% from the
previous year. Pre-foreclosure activity decreased 53.4% from the previous month
and 41.5% from the previous year.
