In May,
Orlando foreclosure filings were 21% lower than the previous month and 43%
lower than the same time last year, according to RealtyTrac.com.

accounted for 16.6% of the foreclosure activity in May, Auctions were
34.8%, and Bank-owned properties were 48.6%.

In May,
the number of bank-owned properties decreased 10.7% from the previous month and
4.8% from the previous year. The number of auctions decreased 40.1% from the
previous month and 67.3% from the previous year. Pre-foreclosure activity
increased 18.8% from the previous month and dropped 13.6% from the previous
year.
