4. Tells you how much time you spend on email and in meetings. 
These folks give you the answers.They keep your nose to the grindstone - in an unobtrusive and informative way.

And - the complimentary version provides globs of valuable personal time management information. If you like it a lot you can get a beefed up version for a few shekels.
